Critic #2: Marco
The color model matches really well, using purple and gold with grey to offset. The visual language is also used very well as there is all icons with fills and uses of circles. The alignment is a little off and doesn't match. the typography also matches really well and the layouts do make correlations. The first layout conveys a better story as it makes more sense to have the timeline on top
I have re-aligned most of my layout to make it more ven throughout. there was some trouble in spacing out the side since my images are too big and the tagging would be too small.

Critic #3: Daniel
Daniel overall likes the first version better than the second. The color model seems to be consistent to that of my color. He can see the icons I used and the rounded rectangular box matches my visual language model and those are the noticeable parts along with my fills and header. A couple things to take note of is the visual hierarchy and how I would want the users to view the infographic. Users would often look at bigger things then smaller. Would suggest to move the map to the top and timeline at the bottom. Also, Daniel notices that I use the rule of 2/3's and it resembles that of my layout model.
I have taken note into the visual hierarchy and decided to place my map onto the bottom because of critiques with the proffessor. Also, I have kept my fills onto the side because other students said it is ok for it to be there however, I changed the locations of the tagging to create and fill white space.

Critic #1: <Kidus>
Kidus thinks the overall color seems to be pretty consistent to that of my model and also the typography seems almost good, just needs to space out the letters and it should be good. One thing that Kidus mention is that the fills of the person should not be touching the headers of such. He would suggest to move the character more towards the left and adjust the things on that side accordingly. Also, the descriptions for the fills should also not be touching the fill itself.
Given your response, I have changed the character fills placement onto a different area of my layout to give it more space. Thus, I have moved them and replaced the area where the jerseys of shaq and kobe were and put it there. This gives me a lot more space to work with and makes the overall layout better. Thanks!

Critic #2: Slyvia
A couple things she mentioned automatically is that spacing on the right. To her it seems really messy and should fix it up a bit. She would suggest to move the timeline onto one container that spans the infographic and then add the fills on the bottom. The years seems like a good addition to make it more consistent to the model but can be tidied up a bit. Another minor touch up would be the O'neal jersey. It is more pixelated compared to that of the Kobe Jersey. The header on the top right should be proportionately spaces because it is very clustered in that area.
I have moved most of my headers to be aligned with each other. Given the circumstances of following my layout model, I did not expand my timeline onto a full container itself. I got trouble messing with Shaq's jersey and did my best to make it less pix-elated. Lastly, I have move the header and replace it's contents with the shaq + kobe duo because it gives me more space to work with the points(numbers display).

Critic #1: Wobin
Wobin seems to enjoy the the 2nd version more because of the way the fills are lined up vertically on the side. It is difficult to read and understand the infographic as it does not really have any descriptions other than the header and this does not match to my visual layout. He suggests to move the map onto the bottom and timeline onto the top. Also, another thing to make sure to edit is the timeline. The timeline seems a bit to small and it makes reading the message box difficult and hard to understand. He can see my use of icons and a filled header and that is consistent to that of my visual language model. My use of fills and radial charts seems to be also consistent to that of my visual language model and also typography.
Added the map to the bottom and timeline to the top. I have enlarged the timeline a little bit because if it gets any bigger, it will be inconsistent with the layout model.

Critic #3: Solayman
Solayman thinks that my visual language is very noticeable when everything is assembled together. Also, he thinks that my color seems to be matching to that of my color model. A couple things to considered for Solayman is that the right side. He would suggest creating another numbers display because for him, it doesn't really fit that sections or still place it somewhere else. There is an extra 1978 under the header.
I have move the contents of my numbers display to the lower 3/4 part of the layout because of the clustering problem that was going on, on top of the layout. I have given the header a smaller title to fit and arranged it's contents vertically like the one in the layout model. The points now, have more white space to work with and given my descriptions much more space.

Critique 1 Message & Emulation
The overall message I want to convey is the accomplishments Kobe has earned throughout his professional NBA career and post. I have included a timeline that conveys the highlights of his life that got to where he is today. Also, I included how many points Kobe Bryant has made every 6 years to give reference of the enormous points he has on record. Another numbers display I did was Kobe Bryants free throw percentage compared to the average player because Kobe is like no other player. He has a phenom of a free throw shot. For my relationship display, I combined Kobe and Shaq's during the time they play with each other combines them for 3 straight championship titles. Also for locations display, I have included a map of the popularity of kobe in number of sales in each state to give insight to how much of an impact he has in jersey sales.
How this layout emulates the layout models: The first version emulates the layout model because It has a distinct areas where displays are shown. It has a title and a picture of the top right along with a description about the context.. The proceeding bottom section displays a bar graph, and my timeline resembles that the best. To the right of the layout model included percentages and numbers. In this section the right side of the layout included a chart and words. My layout emulates this by including the shots Kobe has made in 6 year intervals, spanding downwards. The next area of my layout model included smaller circle radial graphs. Here, in order to emulate my model, added another numbers display also with radial circle graphs. For the bottom of the layout, I have attached a map of Kobe Bryants popularity in sales in each state to make a consistent layout. My layout also uses headers to separate each section and includes the a good amount amount of white space between sections to emulate my layout model.
